Joe was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable correctly diagnosing the problem and fixing it the first time. I was notified of an arrival time and he was on schedule.

Your service was very good the technician was very good and you were able to get the job done. I have to say that Maytag should package their parts better the refrigerator door was all marked up from the way they package it was not happy after opening the box and seeing that even the technician was surprised at how it was packed but we were able to get the scuff marks out and your technician did a great job thank you very much for your service and I will be looking forward to deal with you guys again

Joseph was polite professional and knowledgeable and repaired my appliance as best as it could be.
