Tech was great but someone should have called. Over an hour late. Job took 2 minutes. I waited for over 4 hours. Very unprofessional. The office or tech should have called to say he was running late.

I think he could have assisted me by moving the dryer so I could clean out the vent. He just said that probably was clogged and I would need someone else to clean it. No helpful fixes !
