While my experience was atypical, my Washing Machine refusing to make the grinding noise when my Repairman came, he did everything possible to get at the problem and did not charge me for a follow up visit. Five stars for courtesy and fairness for this company. Hope to have them install my next washing machine! ******

Tommy is not willing to take the time to troubleshoot accurately. On different dates he said the problem was different things and stayed around no longer than 10 minutes each time. Troubleshooting and actually fixing the problem requires more time than a quick drive by.

Tommy got to the root of the problem quickly, he did the repairs quickly, always kept me updated on arrival times, very polite and courteous.
