Customers complaint is for not washing and tested unit and found defective pump and motor and control relay clicking and ordering pump and motor and control to have on hand and need 2 CT on return visit.; ordrng 1 W11416363 (Pump and motor) and 1 W11660283 (Control)

"Fresh food temperature is at 40 degrees and set at 42Freezer section is at -1Cleaned out the drain tube since there was a blockage in it causing ice to build up in the freezer. Corrected that issue. Replaced the filter now we are not tasting the salty taste. Spent a long time defrosting the ice maker to remove it and found water is spilling over the ice maker and freezing the ice maker to the back wall Unit needs new ice separator, fill tube, and possibly an ice maker.
