The issue with the drawers on our new fridge was fixed and is working properly!

Elmer was able to figure out the problem I was having and was quickly able to fix it. He was very professional and polite.

When Elmer arrived the washer was working fine. There really wasn’t much he could do. However I am still having the same problem but the machine works sometimes and other times it doesn’t. I have another service request for 9/14. I have taken a video to show what the problem is in case the machine is working that day.
