Would have gone zero stars if I could. 3 weeks and washer still not repaired. Watch out for the BS that they need to order a latch when they haven't even come out to diagnose the issue. I think "latch" is their stall tactic. Worst service ever

Expensive. Two appts were broken. Brett was the best

Darren was very nice, but had no “glue” fur the gasket (something other than glue should have been used). He used what I had and with 3 days the gasket fell off again, even without us using it at all fur the first 36 hours. The base plate he put back on akso fell off immediately. PC Richard’s has to cube back tomorrow to start over. Overall, a complete fail in the repair service. We tried to call him back but got no answer
