Omar was on time. He assessed the problem and advised he needed to order parts. The parts were available within a couple of days. He fixed the washer and was very pleasant . I’m very happy with the service he provided me! Ty

David was very informative as to what the issues were with my refrigerator. He did not have the parts on the truck so he said he would order the correct parts and be back in a few days when the parts become available. He informed us that the company would call us the day before with a window as to when he would arrive to install the parts. David arrived the next morning and quickly installed the parts. The fridge is as good as new. It was a very pleasant and professional experience.

The service was prompt and the problem diagnosed however I would like a itemized receipt emailed to me as promised by the technician.
