Disappointing warrenty service. After 2 days wait for CPS to give us your name you could not send someone out for 8 DAYS!!! even tho it was a dead refrigerator and my service was marked urgent. Aris could not tell us the problem because the frig starting working again on its own and he said he has to see when it's off.. If you had come in a timely manner he could have diagnosed it when it was off. So now we have to wait for it to happen again and have to hope it will stay broken for another 8 days so Aris can figure it out?!?!? Very, very poor service.

This new washing machine runs differently from my previous machine. Rafael went through the ins and outs of the pause & start buttons . A particular pressure is required & he made sure I demonstrated that. He secured a hose for me . I learned a lot , info not available in the literature from on line . He showed up within the given time from the automated call. Two of your employees have been here & each added tremendously to my knowledge & confidence in using the washer.

Professional and on time the best service ever

I learned so much about how my washing machine works. That because it has a large drum it functions optimally with a large load. I was not aware of that. Arris explained ways new machines differ from the older ones I am more familiar with. I found him helpful and very knowledgeable.
