Next day appointment! That alone is amazing! Your automated system is so high tech and easy to use. The repair man was great. The dishwasher ended up being ok and he only had to clean it. $143 and 30 day guarantee is so reasonable! My only suggestion is to be able to give the customer a chance to repeat the call that they are coming. I answered on my watch and missed the beginning.
