Tested unit and went into diagnostics and found ice box fan not working properly and pulled up an E5 fault code for defective ice maker thermistor and would need to start with Ice maker and Ice Box fan and may need main control and also refrigerator top lights are dim but not out and would need to replace one at a time until corrected. Quoted customer $124.95 for service call and $99.00 for labor and $139.94 for Ice maker W11483245 $136.60 for Ice Box fan W10846539 and $ 296.07 for control if needed W10843056 and $81.04 for 3 LED harness W11205082 and $26.07 a piece for single LED modules quaintly 2 if needed and need 2 CT on return visit. Customer wants to think about repair and get back to us.
