Offended by the disrespectful attitude of the service representative. He referred to me as the “cleaning lady” and was confrontational and argumentative with me. He doesn’t represent the JenAir brand well and I will complain directly to Jen Air. He said : I’m not the cleaning lady you are I am the repair man”. Discriminatory and belligerent behavior. Came to my house to belittle me. Unacceptable.
