The service agent from the summer put the ice machine upside down. It later fell off spilled onto my floor. The earlier leak and the leak from it falling off has damaged my cabinets which will require me to get an estimate of repair. The recent service agent had a communication gap and I had to call in my husband. I could not get a clear confirmation on the remedy of the leak onto the floor. I repeated back to the agent what he said and rephrased my question for the 3rd time which landed finally in a yes that the water leak to the floor was repaired
