I have no confidence that anyone will reach out to me but my experience was absolutely horrible! We bought a whirlpool stove and microwave at Loews on 3/5/24 and they were both installed on 3/12/24. Your records show that we bought just the microwave on 11/23/23, well that was Thanksgiving and Loews is closed!! No one cared to look into this error. So I got a receipt that listed the store and date bought. On 2/13 Rhonda scheduled an appointment for 2/17. The service person came and was going to order parts but then saw the 11/23/23 date and did not order anything. Whirlpool is doing nothing to rectify this situation and I totally got the impression that not one cares!! Customer service is really bad and does not have any credibility!!! All of my appliances are whirlpool, never will I buy again and I will also share this with everyone I know!!
