Ryan was very professional and worked extremely hard to make sure that my appliance was fully working and would not give up until he figured out what the problem was. He was pleasant, friendly and a joy to have in my home one of the hardest working people I have experienced, give that man a raise!

Brett went right to work as soon as he got here and repaired the problem and did not leave a mess. I was very satisfied.

First visit did not resolve the problem of the gas range oven and broiler not working. Was told that the problem was an obstructed gas line. However I was advised by the gas company that since the range top burners worked, that couldn't be the problem. Requested a second visit and the problem was found to be a pinched wire. Problem solved. I will say that the these two calls were handled with quickness, efficiency and courtesy by the administrative staff.
