Michael, our service tech, arrived in the specified window and came prepared with the part he thought was most likely the cause of our issue. The repair was fast and efficient. But conscientiously, before handing me the bill Michael called to see if the machine was still under warranty. Amazingly it was , so Michael’s thoughtfulness saved us money. Repair man kindly called ahead to let me know he was on his way, arrived within the allotted time slot, and replaced the necessary part.
I was disappointed to find that the discarded parts were left on the floor for me to step on. I didn’t realize the dishwasher had not been returned to its original position until after he left. I knew he had been struggling with this but it never occurred to me he would leave it
“close enough”. This I find very irritating as it had been flush with the adjoining cabinets. It is now bumped out from the cabinets one inch. No acceptable. I will call you on Monday 12/22/25 regarding this problem.
