Although current problem with our fridge was not completely resolved, we appreciate your quick response and that another service visit is next week. Service person was very professional and knowledgeable. I truly hope the problem with our fridge will be eventually taken care of.

Making and getting a timely appt was great. Disappointed that he had no parts and had to wait for them to come from warehouse so another appointment had to be made. Three weeks without a washer was a little rough. Dan was very professional and clean in his services.
