Very much appreciate the quick, efficient initial contact and the follow up! Chris was a very professional, informative and pleasant representative of Dan Marc. He arrived on time. He kept us informed as he was working. I will keep Dan Marc a contact in my phone and recommend them and Chris to others.

Technician was not knowledgeable about our appliance / range and how it worked. He did not fix our problem and cited several irrelevant reasons (like there is less airflow in the winter??) as the cause of our gas smell. Disappointing and dangerous given the nature of our issue is a constant gas smell from the range

Although current problem with our fridge was not completely resolved, we appreciate your quick response and that another service visit is next week. Service person was very professional and knowledgeable. I truly hope the problem with our fridge will be eventually taken care of.
