I would put 0 star, but it is not such option. I had service on 09/07/2023. Specialist who came to fix the problem with my washer told me the problem with abnormal vibrations and abnormal noise not covered by insurance. The spinning thru the test was very shaky and loud. Also being told the life time of washer is 5 years. My washer is 3 years old. I would say it was worst experience of service I ever had. I got no help at all with my washer problem.

Frank was very kind and courteous. He provided great advice.
