After 4 service calls, the washer was finally working! Each appointment was difficult to schedule-long lapses of time between appointments, Chris was here twice & said it was working without running it-it was NOT WORKING! Today Tyler came & stated it just needed to be rebooted…..thank you Tyler! I was disappointed that after all the work he did, Chris did not run it to check if it worked! Very disappointing…really expected & deserved more!
