Repair technician came the first time, and part had to be ordered. He rescheduled our repair for a week later, the part came in as expected, he returned and did the job for us in 15 minutes. He was prompt, pleasant, respectful, and extremely capable. Very pleased!

Honestly whomever was sent just came to “collect his money” and his solution was for us to run the faucet hot water before we run the dishwasher and to dry the dishes (the problem why we had someone in the first place) was to open the door right before the dry cycle started. I am appalled and disappointed that these are the type of people where their solution is not to fix the machine. Truly last time buying KA appliances
