So both Ken and the last guy were good guys, timely, fastidious and...refrigerator does not work. I’m processing my anger right now and I wouldn’t be expect nice phone calls. We’re a family that spent a lot of money to not have a fridge. Yes a family without a fridge. 4,5 weeks now? It doesn’t appear that you or kitchen aid cares in the slightest
Mr Bodnar, While we understand your frustration and having 4 children myself can cause quite an issue. However, we did try to explain the situation to Kitchen Aid, asking to give us a separate concession for the User Interface (ice maker) issue. We are hired by them and have to follow the procedures that they dictate, so had to wait for all parts to come in, prior to doing the repairs. If we chose not to, it basically would be on us to bear the cost of the repair for the second visit, which we simply can not do or we would be losing money on the job. In a perfect world, the Mfg would have understood, we do our part and you leave a happy customer. But, we also have make the proper business decisions as well.
