Isaac was very punctual and thorough with the refrigerator repair. Although he had to analyze the refrigerator issue several times, he found the issue and followed through until it was repaired. I appreciate his patience and his communication during this process. Thank you!

The service technician was prompt and very professional. He was knowledgeable as to what he thought the problem was with the refrigerator door. He readjusted the door so it seals better. Unfortunately, there is more to the refrigerator problem as there continues to be puddling on the top shelf from the “Even Air cooling tower” this morning. There seems to be a piece missing from the cooling tower. The technician agreed that there is a piece missing but didn’t think it would effect the temperature in the refrigerator. We will need this issue to be looked at again to solve the problem. Thank you! Kris
