Having strangers in your home is always alittle unnerving, but the tech came in shook my hand and went right to fixing the washer. The visit was easy and friendly and now my washer runs perfect.

Keith was amazing. My only is is with the people that set up appointment. I was very clear when making appt that it had to be FRIDAY the 19th. I was going to be out of the country till Thursday night the 18th. Thank goodness my daughter was home and was able to let Keith do what he needed to do. Tech Keith was great. Everything else not so much.

Keith was super helpful, nice and polite.

As far as Dan Marc Appliance, I would highly recommend! Their technician, Keith was extremely professional and knowledgeable. However, my oven is still not fixed because it was discovered that the model and serial number inside is for a totally different appliance! Hopefully Whirlpool will do the right thing.
