Danmark was called to replace 2 hinges. They showed up with 1 the first time. I said put the 1 in. Response: Oh no. They should only be replaced in pairs. Then why was he even sent with only 1 the first time? If they should only be replaced in pairs why ever send a service tech with only 1? The first time 1 tech said the door was working properly until i coerced him to take it apart and he f ound the busted hinge. It takes over a week to get parts that Amazon would deliver next day. Is there a rating less than 1 available

The men was very professional and knowledgable

I have been totally frustrated with my faulty Whirlpool refrigerator which I purchased in July. The constant temperature fluctuation in the freezer has made it nearly impossible to store food. Joseph was the first repair person to fully investigate the problem and to fix it. (2 previous techs were unsuccessful). He was curious to carefully explore and detect accurately what was wrong. He explained all that he was doing during the job. He explained how the absence of sufficient Freon (obviously a manufacturing error) had frozen the evaporation tube and contributed to the constant fluctuations in the freezer temperature. He was careful in his work, easy to speak with and knowledgeable. He even called today as follow up to ask if the refrigerator is working properly. Dan-Marc is very fortunate to have this valuable, competent and pleasant employee.

The repair man claimed that the problem was in my pipe and had nothing to do with the washer. He did absolutely nothing. That's the first thing second thing is he actually ripped my linoleum in the kitchen when he moved my washer he didn't say a word so I don't know if you didn't notice but now I have to pay to have that repaired, I was overly disappointed in the entire visit
