Very knowledgeable technician

I entitled my write up as “friendship “ since we have had Gersi at our house at least 6 or more times to analyze and repair our defective Whirlpool side by side refrigerator/freezer. Gersi has been very professional and courteous while performing his repair work. He has provided answers to my questions and has left no debris after completing his tasks. Gersi was always punctual and arrived on time as indicated. He is trying to repair an appliance that appears to have a multitude of defective components or poor engineering. I would recommend that whatever defects are found in my Whirlpool should be flagged to the manufacturer so that they can improve their quality.
