This company is a disgrace even in an industry that harbors a terrible reputation. After an extended wait period in a time of urgency, the technician had the audacity to call me and try to shake me down for money. I tried to explain to him that it was a warranty service arranged by the manufacturer but he was cold and indifferent. His stance was pay me or I’m not coming! And he didn’t show up. My problem still remains. SHAME ON YOU!

I found DanMarc Appliance to be very reliable in getting the repairs to my refrigerator done. I was expecting it to be done faster than it was actually done but understood parts had to be ordered and that it was around the Christmas season with employees probably on holiday, never the less it was fixed and is working as it should.
The technician was very pleasant and was able to replace a button I didn't realise was missing in the refrigerator.
Overall I give the 10/10 and forgot to mention you don't have to pay up front, there's an option of monthly payments.

Carey was on time and knowledgeable. Our issue was easy to fix and he helped us understand the maintenance needed to keep the ice maker functional. He also showed us how to install the water filter. Thank you!

Friday December 20, 2024 was my fifth time having the same Whirlpool refrigerator serviced . The first two service request, the tech came stated ice needed removal ,cleaned the ice from behind the panel.
Also the tech stated the freezer was the reason for water leaking down into the lower part of the refrigerator, AND the bottom compartment wasn’t getting cold . The third time the tech came out he said that the freezer door needs replacement, air is seeping in around the door ,which is why the freezer was developing a snow look affect in the freezer, as well as why the bottom is not cold.. I had to
wait for the part to be ordered, delivered and then schedule another service appointment for installation. I did all the above in preparation and patience with this being actually a total inconvenience. I had food in my freezer and the lower compartment which already wasn’t getting cold ., totally wasted money in food. The part arrived weeks later to my home by UPS , I again scheduled a service ticket , tech comes out , a fourth time and the freezer door was replaced. December 20th my service window period was 10-1 and the tech comes to the apartment before 9am and leaves a card at the door . I come in at approximately 8:40 and see the card and called him at the number written on the card . He stated his paperwork said the appointment was for 9am and I clearly informed him that ‘No the window period is 10am to 1 .so then we finally cleared that up and then he states that he will be back here in 10mins and I informed him that I wasn’t prepared for any visits earlier than scheduled time . I then stated breifly the issue about the snow affect happening in the freezer area as well
that the lower compartment not being cold. The tech goes on say that he can educate me by phone on what to do with the refrigerator. Educate me ? This is the same nonsense that has been going on . Clearly the records are being reviewed prior to the tech come on site for the service and they know b what to say .This is the 21st century and Demarc and PC Richard’s will not deemed this Whirlpool to be garbage made and sold item . Iam supposed to unplug a refrigerator every two
Weeks and fine a place for my food to be stored in the meantime. This the 21st century who
is doing that with so much modern advance appliances now . This refrigerator wasn’t problem
Until after a year of having it . As per PC Richard’s is saying the tech has to deem the refrigerator to be in poor condition and Demarc is saying that about PC Richard’s has to deem the item unsatisfactory.So HELL NO! I am
NOT SATISFIED. I also didn’t allow the tech to return because it was just going to be a walk in, take a look , give same the nonsense that has been said and walk out and give the impression the work was done . Again no I didn’t allow him access knowing that as well as with his response’ I have been doing this for 30plus years , Iam familiar with this refrigerator and let me educate you on what to do. EDUCATE ME? When PC Richard’s sold that garbage refrigerator they didn’t educate me that this nonsense would happen . DISSATISFIED and will NEVER ever buy an appliance from PC Richard’s . Not even a pack of batteries.
