The technician came on time and He is very knowledgeable to his job.

This company is a disgrace even in an industry that harbors a terrible reputation. After an extended wait period in a time of urgency, the technician had the audacity to call me and try to shake me down for money. I tried to explain to him that it was a warranty service arranged by the manufacturer but he was cold and indifferent. His stance was pay me or I’m not coming! And he didn’t show up. My problem still remains. SHAME ON YOU!

I found DanMarc Appliance to be very reliable in getting the repairs to my refrigerator done. I was expecting it to be done faster than it was actually done but understood parts had to be ordered and that it was around the Christmas season with employees probably on holiday, never the less it was fixed and is working as it should. The technician was very pleasant and was able to replace a button I didn't realise was missing in the refrigerator. Overall I give the 10/10 and forgot to mention you don't have to pay up front, there's an option of monthly payments. CMC
