Service person was great and very professional. Only complaint is that the “service charge” is super expensive and doesn’t include any labor… it’s literally just to show up? $400 (before whirlpool kicked in some) to install a $30 part is ridiculously expensive.

Clem got the job done. He was very efficient but unobtrusive. He was concerned that we make sure the washing machine was working after he left. It is working really well.

While the issue was eventually resolved, what should’ve been a 30-minute fix spanned into weeks. The gentleman servicing us didn’t arrive until the very end of the first appointment window and couldn’t complete the fix because he broke a different part of the dishwasher during the repair. The part “not being on the truck” meant that it had to be ordered before another service appointment could be scheduled but that wasn’t communicated until I called back. Then, when he came back to complete the repair he didn’t return the dishwasher to how he found it. For the amount of money and time this cost us, not to mention our dishwasher being out of service, I was disappointed in the overall experience.
