Great service

I had a wonderful experience with DanMarc Appliance. My Whirlpool refrigerator was not working correctly. It was easy to schedule an appointment for someone to come look at it. Clem from DanMarc came to evaluate the problem and determined that it could be fixed but it needed a few parts. He ordered the parts right away and one week later was able to come to do the repair. Clem was fabulous. So professional and hard working. He spent two full hours painstakingly disassembling, fixing and replacing parts, and then reassembling the guts of my frig. On top of that he reassured me that he would be able to fix it—very important as I am hosting a party in just a few days! I am so grateful to have my refrigerator working again and ready for my party!

Service technician was able to diagnose and repair my dishwasher in a couple of hours. Very clean and careful.
