The service technician Craig was very professional and friendly. The motor on our dishwasher needed to be replaced and he installed a new one on Jan 22nd. The following day I called as the dishwasher was still not working. Craig returned and determined that motor was faulty and he had to order a new one and installed the new one on Feb 4th. The following day he came back because the panel under the dishwasher door needed to be secured and drilled screws back in. We are pleased with the service. Thank you!

I’d like to thank Kathy who has been outstanding and such a pleasure to work with. She is very responsive and keeps me updated. Also, I’d like to thank Craig the tech who came out for the service. He was clean, wore booties, and was very professional and knowledgeable. This home was set to close but may have needed to be pushed due to a non functioning hood. Both Kathy and Craig made the closing happen and for that I thank them. 10 stars to both.
