Unfortunately the technician did not change anything in our fridge. He did not take any temperature check or look to see if there are any leaks or sealing issues. We were complaining that our fridge were too cold and it is despite our tech’opnion. It is functional, yes but it is below the recommended temperature and a waste of energy. Aslo, we have to put the fridge at a very low setting other wise gods freezes. And that is not normal. Now since his last visit our fridge has started showing signs of condensation….
