The technician was excellent. He was thoughtful and courteous. He did a fine job. I was disappointed by the process. 6+ weeks is too long for a repair. Considering the problem was diagnosed by Whirlpool.

The 2 men were tasked with re-building a lemon of a dryer. It took them 2 hours, but they did it. My only complaint was their mistake in placing the wrong hose into the external drainpipe. We noticed the error after they left and corrected it ourselves.

Lewis was great when it came to following up. Very professional man. What I didn’t like was the fact that I had to wait well over a month to get a “piece” for my fridge. I had two visits and my issue still isn’t resolved. I feel like the company should do better with accommodating clients with refrigerators. I had to spend money on food every single day because I had no where to store my food to keep cool. Went food shopping two days prior to the refrigerator breaking down and had to throw everything out, you can only imagine how frustrating that could be. The company could’ve did better with either providing a new refrigerator or reimbursing me for all of the money spent on food. I was sent $75 which I am grateful for but that wasn’t enough being that I spend close to $1000 on food. Please do better with your services.

Rep arrived and explained the job was a 2 man job and parts needed to be ordered. After several weeks of waiting for parts and rescheduling, 2 reps arrived and began to mansplain that I simply needed to clean the detergent filter. Had that been the case, why was that not the initial diagnosis at the 1st visit? Yes the units are in an awkward space makes it annoying to work on however, do the job you were hired to do and please don’t make excuses.
