It should not take 3 visits to tell me that the Fridge has a Freon leak , a simple vacuum test would show this because it would lose pressure On the 2nd visit you could hear the Freon leaking and the tech recorded it Now a 3rd tech needs to see it . The fridge is brand new you exchange it I didn’t spend almost 2k for a refurbished fridge
