The Tech was polite and respectful. He showed us the proper setting for the rinse function. Yet the other functioning still is an issue. The machine goes thru the wash rinse but spin and drain doesn’t work then it skips “Done”and starts the wash all over again!? Someone is scheduled to come back next Tuesday 3/18/25. It’s been doing stuff wrong almost from the very beginning of purchase back in June 2024.

Very good experience from start to finish. The tech was excellent and diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired my machine. While my experience was very good, the tech repeatedly referred to overloading of the machine. I was pretty certain that I do not overload my machine and when he first asked me I showed him what I do to confirm that I do not overload the machine. If anything I probably underload it quite a bit. Again while he was professional I was left with the feeling that he thought it was my fault, which it was not.
