Your company is the worst around. Your technician show no interest in helping at all. I reported you to Maytag. I also will file BBB complaint against you.
We apologize for your unsatisfactory experience, Aneta. We take customer feedback seriously and will address this matter with our technician. Please reach out to us directly to discuss this further and resolve any issues you may have.

Thank you Roberto for your service and suggestions on how to stop the machine from leaking. So far I have done 3 washers and have not had any water leaks. Thank you again. Rosalind My

The original problem is still most present after two service calls, in fact it has gotten worse. In addition, there is a presence of a mildew smell that doesn’t leave with baking soda phantom washes. Now I fear the machine is going to contaminate my clothes and linens with mildew I’m actually surprised that I have received a survey about my experience
Thank you for making us aware of your experience. I see that you have spoken with our staff and are scheduled for a follow-up on 10/1. We will do everything in our power to get this resolved for you. I have noted your file to ensure our technician calls into your manufacturer’s engineering department directly from your home to address this properly.
