Installed water valve and reservoir with wire ties and now water comes out of dispenser with filter out but when filter in no water and found a clear slimy substance coming out of original reservoir and new water filter when call for water when filter in it clogs up and stops and when out back to full pressure and glass of water is completely cloudy and then in 10 seconds clear and spoke with Ed on the tech line SR # 7730753760 and customer needs another water filter being everything in the water supply has been changed and to call customer line and see if they will send cua new filter or if she has to purchase a new one and unit tests ok at time of service. Parts are covered under concession.
