You might be sorry you are asking for this survey. We were without a refrigerator since very early July. First of all it took weeks for someone from your company to even come out and look at the refrigerator. The repairman that did come out was here three times and each time he came he seemed very rude, bordering on obnoxious. The last time he came here was yesterday. He pulled the refrigerator out and did “the repair”. He told us to wait 24 hours before using the refrigerator. Before he pushed the refrigerator back, my husband asked him to wait just one minute so he could wipe the little bit of dust that was back there. The repairman said a flat out “NO”. I don’t have time for this. I then asked if he could just spare a minute or two and he also told me “NO”, I have other customers. He told us he would keep the refrigerator pulled out and we could push it back. I am in a wheelchair and of no help whatsoever. Well, in the meantime my husband took a damp paper towel and wiped it in literally less than one minute. My husband was also kind enough to give him a $20.00 tip and he gladly accepted. Bottom line, our refrigerator is still not working. We called Jennair. They walked us through some things to do and the refrigerator still doesn’t work. Not only is the refrigerator not working, now the freezer doesn’t work either. I will never use your company again and I am putting this on social media so other people don’t have to go through the aggravation that we are currently experiencing.

It took 4 visits to get machine up and running. First visit we were told it was running it wasn’t. Second visit confirmed it wasn’t running. Third visit he did not have correct gas for machine. 4 th visit up and running. How would you rate this experience
