Trevor did a great job of explaining what could cause problems and how to address them both to avoid them in the first place and to fix them if they were to occur. He was also very friendly, in addition to being very helpful.

Trevor is a great appliance technician. He is very knowledgeable in the repair of Whirlpool and Kitchenaid appliances. I highly recommend him.
