Tyler was on time and efficient. He reviewed my issues and examined the water filter and filled a glass of water with the dispenser to ensure the filter was in properly and not causing leaks. The humming sound of my refrigerator/freezer I was concerned about was not occurring when he arrived. I had a sound recording of it and he stated that it was probably because the refrigerator is 7 years old. He did not think it was a problem. Hopefully he’s correct. My only concern was that I found a small piece of plastic from the top cover of the inside of the refrigerator that he opened and closed to look at the wiring. Perhaps in the future he can use less force when opening and closing that cover. Hopefully that small broken piece will not impact the appliance’s performance. It does not appear to have caused a problem.
