A lot of miscommunication on Dan Marc re phone numbers and window frame!

Dan Marc’s first visit regarding our no-longer-cooling-or-freezing 2 year old refrigerator was on 7/13/23. After 4 visits and 2 “repairs” the problem was not resolved. A fifth visit suggested that we spend another $725.00 for further “repairs” without any guarantee that it would fix the problem. We were already out of pocket for $400 for the first two repairs. How stupid would we have to be to gamble a total of $1,125.00 for non-guaranteed repairs? Bottom line: we are completely disappointed in both Dan Marc and Kitchen Aid.

Problem continues. Fridge currently at 52 degrees.
